  • Send SMS/text messages related to your account, campaigns, and platform notifications if you have opted in

3. SMS/Text Messaging

The creator application and brand demo forms on this website do not collect a phone number. If you later provide a phone number and separately opt in to SMS through Jupiter, we may send you messages related to your account, campaign updates, and platform notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at support@jupiter.co.

All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

  • Brand Partners: Your public creator profile information (name, social handles, audience metrics) may be shared with CPG brands to facilitate partnership opportunities.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, chat, and sales tooling (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Plivo, Vercel, Apollo.io, 14.ai).
  • Brand marketing operations: Brand "Book a Demo" submissions (name, email, company, page URL, and referrer) are sent to www.cpgmarketing.ai so our team can follow up. That site is operated in connection with Jupiter's brand marketing.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Optional Apollo tracking can involve sharing identifiers with a third party; you can opt out by rejecting optional cookies or using Do Not Sell or Share. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties, including affiliates, for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar storage to run the site and remember your cookie choice. Optional tools — Apollo.io visitor tracking and the 14.ai chat widget — load only if you Accept cookies. Google Analytics IDs exist in our code but the Google Analytics script is not loaded today.
